Once the rush of Christmas dies down, Valentine’s Day used to be the next big event for confectionery. But in recent years Veganuary has gathered momentum, with more and more people taking on the challenge each year. For vegans, Veganuary won’t be hard. But for some, cutting all animal products for a month will be really, really difficult. So, stocking delicious free-from products will offer a bit of normality for those missing their usual treats. Whether that’s some chocolate at the end of a long day, or something delicious as a vegan dessert, it makes sense to offer plant-based confectionery at this time more so than any other.
