Dubble Bubble: Perfect for World Bubble Gum Day

Celebrated on the first Friday of every year, National Bubble Gum Day is a much loved tradition by school kids, especially in America. Started in 2006 by author of children’s book Ruth Spiro, the holiday started as a fun way for school children to participate in charity work. Given that chewing gum or bubble gum are allowed in schools, students would donate money or ‘buy’ the privilege.
